Multi-degrees of freedom ultrasonic automatic testing equipment for pipes
Function summary
The system can be used to conduct ultrasonic nondestructive testing for thick-walled steel pipes. It can real-timely display the scanning waveform, find the defect signal and finally detect the defect. The system can locate the defect, determine the defect type and save the detecting data. It can eventually realize the detecting, distinguishing, determination and recording of defects.

Technical principle
Using the deformation transverse wave to detect longitudinal defects on the inner wall of the thick-walled pipes; the deformation transverse wave can be used to conduct a complete testing for the inner wall of thick-wall steel pipes

Applications
